Pegasus Training Plates continue to be the first choice of many successful trainers and racing stable farriers.
They provide a relatively light yet highly durable shoeing solution for racehorses in training, polo ponies and other horses in light work.
They are manufactured with 12 nail holes and 45° heels. The 4 extra nail holes per shoe is an essential aid to the farrier when frequently changing from Aluminium to steel plates. As with the polo shoes, the 45° heel offers increased protection from overreaching and reduces the risk of cutting and brushing.
All are available with toe clips, quarter clips and Lambourn toe clips. |
